Since our products are digital mockup files, they are delivered instantly via download link to the email provided at checkout.
Therefore, we do not accept refunds or cancellations once the payment is completed and download link is shared.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
-You were charged but did not receive the download link within 24 hours
-The file provided is corrupted or completely unusable, and our support team fails to resolve it within 48 hours
To request support or refund (if eligible), contact us at krwlclo@gmail.com with your order ID and proof of issue.
3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery Policy
-All products sold on KWRL are digital items only.
-No physical shipping is involved.
-Download links are delivered instantly via email after successful payment.
-In rare cases of delay due to server issues, delivery can take up to 24 hours.

-Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed.
-Cancellation is only permitted if the item has not been delivered due to a technical issue.
